Meditation Classes

Meditation Classes are held Fridays and Saturdays at the southeast corner of Standing Bear Lake. Use the 132nd Street and Himebaugh Avenue parking lot. Minimum age for the class is 10 years old.

Bring a towel, a pillow to sit on (optional), comfortable clothes, closed-toed shoes, and a jacket or a blanket to keep warm.

$5 Cash, venmo, cashapp, & paypal accepted day of.
