Chanticleer Theater presents ”Steel Magnolias” May 8-11 & 15-18 at Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center. Performances are Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

Synopsis: “Steel Magnolias” is a heartfelt and hilarious play that explores the strength of female friendships and the power of community. Set in the small town of Chinquapin, Louisiana, the story follows a group of six strong-willed women who gather in Truvy’s beauty salon to share laughter, tears, and life’s ups and downs.
