National Night Out

FreeNational Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. It’s held on the first Tuesday in August. Neighborhoods host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts, and various other community events.
- Kids Can Community Center from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
- Montclair Community Center with the MTPG Neighborhood Association from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Upland Park with One Omaha from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Joslyn Castle & Gardens with Joslyn Caste Neighborhood Association from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
- Tom Hanafan River’s Edge Park with Council Bluffs Police Department from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
- Papillion City Park with the Papillion Police Department from 6 to 8 p.m.
- Everett Park with Bellevue Police Department from 6 to 8 p.m.
- Christie Heights Community Center with PACE (Police Athletics for Community Engagement) from 6 to 8 p.m.
- Sunny Slope Park with Optimist Club from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
- Morton Meadows withOmaha Police Department and Mizpah Lodge No. 302 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
