The Third Annual Ditmars Red, White & Blue BBQ is Aug. 1 and 2 featuring competitive BBQ teams battling it out in the
Master’s Series Contest in four main categories: Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork, and Brisket.
There will also be live music. People’s Choice Wings Contest is held on Friday night starting at 5 p.m. The Saturday BBQ competition starts at around noon; awards ceremony is at 3 p.m.
