DESCRIPTION:Towers of Tomorrow with LEGO® Bricks partners some of the world’s most dazzling and innovative skyscrapers with the world’s most popular building brick. The exhibit features 20 astonishing skyscrapers from North America\, Asia and Australia constructed in breathtaking architectural detail by Ryan McNaught\, one of only 21 LEGO®-certified professionals in the world. It will be on display at The Durham Museum from May 27 through Sept. 3\, 2023. The exhibit is included with museum admission. \nVisitors will be inspired to create their own ‘towers of tomorrow’ with over 200\,000 loose LEGO® bricks available in hands-on construction areas. Young and old will be limited only by their imaginations as they add their creations to a steadily rising futuristic LEGO® metropolis inside the exhibition. McNaught and his award-winning team of builders have used more than half a million LEGO® bricks and devoted over 2\,000 hours to build the structures featured in the exhibition.

DESCRIPTION:On Thursday evenings from the spring (around April or May) through the late fall (usually until Halloween)\, Council Bluffs and Omaha cyclists meet at Iowa West Foundation Trailhead Park and head off on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail on a 20-mile round-trip ride for tacos and drinks at Tobey Jack’s Mineola Steak House. There is a stopping point midway\, nicknamed Margaritaville. \nThe Taco Ride is a weekly event during most of the year\, weather permitting. Trail pass is required. Annual trail passes are $20.

Adults 21 and over can join Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium for a relaxed evening of drinks\, local food truck cuisine and wildlife as we host our Late Nights at the Zoo summer event series from 7 to 10:30 p.m. on select Thursday nights May through August. \nThese events are for guests ages 21 and older with a valid photo ID. The exhibit is included with museum admission. \nVisitors will be inspired to create their own ‘towers of tomorrow’ with over 200\,000 loose LEGO® bricks available in hands-on construction areas. Young and old will be limited only by their imaginations as they add their creations to a steadily rising futuristic LEGO® metropolis inside the exhibition. McNaught and his award-winning team of builders have used more than half a million LEGO® bricks and devoted over 2\,000 hours to build the structures featured in the exhibition.
