DESCRIPTION:Soaring Wings Vineyard hosts the annual Wine\, Blues\, Beer and Hot Air Balloon Festival on the first Saturday in June. The headliner is Vanessa Collier\, the 2019 and 2020 BMA Winner Horn Player of the Year\, 2022 BMA Winner Contemporary Blues Female Artist of the Year\, and nominee for the 2023 Contemporary Blues Female Artist of the Year. \nFood and beverage will be available for purchase. Chairs and umbrellas allowed\, no tents. Coolers allowed but will be searched. Food permitted\, no outside alcohol. Weather permitting\, a fleet of hot air balloons will launch. Event is rain or shine. Sponsored by Soaring Wings & Omaha Blues Society. \n2023 Lineup \nGate opens at 3 p.m. \n5:30-6:30 p.m. – Lauren Anderson with her Nashville Band \n7-8 p.m. – Mathias Latin Band \n8:30-9:30 p.m. – Vanessa Collier \n9:30-10:30 – Jam session to end the night! \nTickets are $35 for adults (ages 21+) and $25 for children (ages 12-20). Kids ages 11 and younger are free.

DESCRIPTION:The “Ultimate Sunday Funday Fundraiser” hosted by the Omaha West Rotary Club that brings local restaurants and bars together to show off their best recipes and designs of everyone’s favorite Sunday Funday drink and food! The restaurants and bars will compete in different categories for prize money that will be judged by the guests of the event. Proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Omaha and Omaha West Rotary Charitable Foundation.\nWhile sampling bloody marys\, guests will be entertained by local cover band\, Ecko\, playing incredible music and vying for their chances of winning different prizes in our raffle. Raffle items are donated by local businesses and generous Rotarians.

Cost TBD. \nAug. 12\, 2023: Back to School Bash\nBack to school bash is a large block party\, hosted by Blackstone Social!
