The New Year’s Eve Fireworks Spectacular starts at 7 p.m. in downtown Omaha. Fireworks will be launched from 10th and Cass streets, near CHI Health Center & Charles Schwab Field. That’s also the recommended viewing area. Tune in to STAR 104.5 to listen to the music the fireworks are choreographed to.
Arrive early and park for FREE to view the up-close show in the recommended viewing areas: CHI Health Event Center Lots A, B & C (lot opens to the public at 6 p.m. and Lot A is only the lower lot); and at Gallup Parking Lots, 1001 Gallup Drive. All Downtown Omaha parking meters will be free after 5 p.m. on Dec. 31, courtesy of Park Omaha.
