The City of Omaha and the City of Council Bluffs host free hydrant parties each summer. The Omaha parties are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and held in three location each day (one at noon, 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.). The Council Bluffs parties are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
